Last War Power Types: Account, Hero, Squad and Event Scores
LW Spy · Independent fan website
Account power, hero power, squad power and event points answer different questions in Last War. Before trying to increase a number, identify the exact label and screen that displays it. This reference helps you avoid spending on the wrong system and gives you a repeatable way to investigate an unexpected drop.
Which power number are you looking at?
Treat these as a reading guide, not a formula for adding every screen together. The client may expose different breakdowns as features unlock.
| Number or requirement | What to inspect | Common mistake |
|---|---|---|
| Overall account power | Profile power details and contributing categories | Assuming the total predicts a specific fight |
| Hero or total hero power | Hero roster, levels, skills and equipment | Training soldiers to satisfy a hero-specific requirement |
| Selected squad power | The same five heroes, equipment and available troops | Comparing different formations as if only one upgrade changed |
| Building or research power | The completed upgrade and its displayed contribution | Confusing the resource cost with the power gained |
| Event score | That event's current task and point rules | Treating points as permanent account power |
Restricted Area Training: check the requirement, not a shortcut
If a challenge asks for a particular power value, read the label and any information button on that screen. A requirement referring to heroes is not automatically the same as the account total in your profile. Record the requested value, make one small relevant change, and reopen the challenge to see whether it updated. We do not have a verified universal conversion formula for every version of this screen; promising one would be misleading.
Why did my power drop?
Start with the most recent change instead of immediately buying an upgrade. Compare screenshots taken under the same conditions. A third-party scan may also be older than the screen you are checking now.
- Was there a recent battle? Read its casualties and check the hospital and available soldiers.
- Did you change a hero, equipment or the selected squad? Restore the comparison conditions before judging the result.
- Did a timed bonus or seasonal effect change? Read its actual duration and scope.
- Are you comparing the same server, player and timestamp? Similar names and old scan results can mislead.
- Does the display remain inconsistent after reopening it? Save the before-and-after evidence for in-game support.
Use a before-and-after worksheet
Copy these fields into a note. A small controlled comparison is more informative than changing several systems at once and guessing which mattered.
| Field | Your note |
|---|---|
| Screen and exact stat label | |
| Before value and timestamp | |
| Squad / equipment / bonuses in use | |
| One completed change and its cost | |
| After value and timestamp | |
| Did the required unlock or battle result improve? |
Why we do not give a universal power calculator
You can subtract a before value from an after value to measure a change. Predicting the result of every upgrade is different: it requires verified game formulas and your account's relevant modifiers. We do not invent those coefficients. For an upgrade decision, use the preview in the game, then weigh its practical benefit against the cost and your next prerequisite.
Turn the diagnosis into a plan
Once you know which number matters, choose an upgrade that affects that requirement. If your goal is combat performance, also review the battle report; an increase on the profile screen is not a guarantee of a better result.
