By using LW Spy ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
LW Spy provides real-time map scanning and intelligence tools for Last War: Survival. The Service is offered via a web dashboard and a Discord bot. LW Spy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to First Fun or the developers of Last War.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed via Stripe on a monthly or yearly cycle. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled per Stripe's policies. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to harass, threaten, or abuse other players
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the scanning technology
- Share your account credentials with others
- Resell or redistribute scan data commercially without permission
- Use automated systems to abuse rate limits
5. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Game data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Use of third-party tools with online games carries inherent risk — you accept full responsibility.
6. Limitation of Liability
LW Spy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to game account penalties, lost data, or service interruptions.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
