Doomsday Castle and Glacial Palace in Last War are base skins, not two alliance buildings you must construct or defend. If you are choosing between them, compare the current item descriptions in your own Season Store. This page explains what to check before spending seasonal currency and clears up the difference between a skin, a monster and a seasonal objective.

Doomsday Castle versus Glacial Palace

Both names appear in the community's illustrated Season Store catalogue. Availability, cost and item variants should be checked in your own store rather than assumed from a screenshot from another server. Neither name alone tells you which is the better choice for your account.

Read owned and equipped effects separately

If the item panel distinguishes attributes for owning a skin from effects that require equipping it, record them in separate columns. Do not add every listed benefit together as though it were always active. Also check duration: a temporary item is not the same purchase as a permanent unlock. Preview the actual item you can obtain, including any upgrade or star requirements shown in the client.

A purchase checklist without invented prices

Use this note before confirming an exchange. Leave a field blank until you have checked it in-game; an unknown value is better than a confident guess.

• Server and season: where this offer is actually available.
• Item name and duration: permanent unlock, temporary use, or another variant.
• Currency cost: the exact amount currently displayed.
• Owned attributes: what applies while this item is not equipped, if stated.
• Equipped effects: what changes when the skin is selected.
• Alternative use of the currency: what you would postpone by choosing this skin.

Which one should you choose?

Compare the specific attribute you need, how often its condition is met, and what other purchase you would give up. If the two current offers give your account similar practical value, appearance can reasonably decide the choice. There is no evidence here for the old claim that Castle is an offensive alliance fortress and Palace a defensive one. Do not demolish a building or plan a territory campaign based on that description.

Doomsday Castle is not Doom Walker

A Doom Walker radar or rally task is a monster objective. It is not a step in building a Doomsday Castle. Likewise, a seasonal stronghold should be evaluated using its own event name, rules and level requirements. Similar words in search results do not make these the same system.
